We help a multi-location manufacturing facility triage incoming leads and issue early warnings on key opportunities so their inside sales person can effectively spend their day following up on those quotes which are most likely to convert into an order. The quotes are scored using a predictive model and the platform is fully integrated into the manufacturer’s order processing system. We also enable the business to make strategic choices on what kind of customers convert most of their quotes to orders and who do not, so their outside sales people can spend their time recruiting the right kind of customer. The platform is currently in use at Chicago Tube and Iron.
